Liability for content

The content of our pages has been prepared with the greatest care. However, we cannot guarantee that the content is accurate, complete or up to date. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law in accordance with § 7 Abs.1 TMG. Under §§ 8 bis 10 TMG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove information or block its use under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is possible only from the point at which we become aware of a specific infringement. If we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the relevant content immediately.

Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no control. We therefore cannot accept liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations when the links were created. No unlawful content was identifiable at that time. Continuous monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without specific indications of an infringement. If we become aware of infringements, we will remove such links immediately.

The content and works created by the site operators on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution and any form of use beyond the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this website are permitted only for private, non-commercial use. Where content on this website was not created by the operator, third-party copyrights are respected. In particular, third-party content is identified as such. If you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please notify us. If we become aware of infringements, we will remove such content immediately.
